Quinta da Portela – Chalé da Vinha – by MET

Great location for a quiet relaxing getaway. Positive: Secluded very quiet the view was great. The winery was great Negative: The path to get down to the room was worn down low cars will have a problem. The road needs repair. There was a smell coming from the bathroom I’m assuming the drain in the shower.

A very nice stay! Negative: Fix the road back to the far cottage - it is too perilous and hard on cars.

Beautiful & serene time among the vines. Positive: Everything. It was such a stunning property, our little house was so picturesque with the veranda overlooking the vines, so spacious as well & all the facilities you could need. The main house & where they do the wine tastings & the pool was so lovely. The staff were friendly & very helpful. The wine tasting was incredible, so generous & delicious wines! Can’t recommend this property highly enough. We definitely will be coming back here when we can!

Positive: Les équipements du logement sont très bien, la dégustation est parfaite et généreuse ! À noter la très bonne communication avec les hôtes durant notre séjour , très bon point de départ pour visiter le Douro ! N.B : Il est préférable d'avoir une voiture haute pour descendre de la Quinta au logement, sinon cela se fait en 3 minutes à pied! Merci encore pour l'accueil et la dégustation en français en plus !
